All orders over $150 are eligible for free delivery within our service area (St Charles, IL and surrounding areas). Please note, the image is approximate; Deliveries exceeding 17 driving miles from 3830 Ohio Ave, St Charles, IL 60174 may be subject to a delivery fee. If you are within the service area and your order is under $150 dollars a minimum order fee will apply. Our standard delivery is within 24 hours of the party start time and standard pickup is within 24 hours of the party end time. Specific delivery and pickup times can be chosen for a fee.

  • Party Date Requirements
  • Please have the setup location cleared of debris and ready for inflatable or tent installation.
  • Please have a path to the setup location cleared and accessible for the delivery personnel.
  • Be prepared to provide electricity or show where outlets are located.
  • Water Slides/ Splash Combos: a regular garden hose is needed long enough to reach the rear of the unit.
  • Park District / Park Parties
  • Contact local park office to get a permit for inflatable rentals for your event.
  • If the park requires a certificate of insurance, we will provide one for $25.
  • We will need the Name of the Park District, Park District Address, and phone number.
  • If you do not have electrical power available at your setup location, then you will need to rent a generator from us.
  • Last pickup for park parties is 30 minutes prior to sundown (subject to change per individual park policy).
  • Inflatable Rules & Guidelines
  • No shoes, food, silly string, sharp objects, etc. allowed in or on the inflatables.
  • Absolutely no flips allowed in inflatables.
  • We love pets, but they are not allowed in inflatables.
  • Adult supervision required at all times.
  • Setups are best on flat grassy areas. If you're planning on setting up on concrete or asphalt , please notify us in advance so sandbags can be provided (additional cost).

Frequently Asked Questions

What condition are your inflatables? What is the policy for cleaning them?
Fly High Bounce cleans and sanitizes each inflatable after every use. We take pride in providing clean and safe equipment for all of our customers.
What if it rains? What is the cancellation policy?
Fly High Bounce offers a zero-penalty cancellation policy, no questions asked. You are required to cancel 24 hours prior to the event start time. This goes for rain outs or any other reason you may wish to cancel. The best part is we don't charge a deposit so you can feel free to reserve as early as possible. Failure to cancel 24 hours in advance will incur a fee of up to 50% of the total rental cost.
How long is the rental for?
Each rental lasts for the duration of your party but must be picked up by next day 8:00am. Rentals needed past 8:00am will be considered a 2 day rental and you will get 50% off the second day.
Do I need to place a deposit?
Unless the party is over $1000.00, Fly High Bounce does not require a deposit. The driver will take payment upon delivery. We accept cash, check, or credit card. A $5 processing fee will be added for credit card transactions.
